Aluminum die casting fan impeller used for truck fan ventilation system, the material of die casting fan impeller is aluminum alloy A356, The casting process of fan impeller is aluminum precision casting, the casting smoothness can arrived at Ra3.2μm. Aluminum die casting fan impeller need to do heat treatment to improve mechanical property, tensile strength can arrived at  above 280 MPa, the elongation ≥3%.
